Ned Crowley Appointed Isaac Newton Trust Fellow

Ned Crowley is to take up an Isaac Newton Trust Academic Career Development Fellowship and from fall 2023 will be affiliated with the Department of Sociology and Gonville and Caius College at the University of Cambridge. The Isaac Newton Trust, a charity established in 1988 by the University’s Trinity College, offers the Academic Career Development Fellowship to enable outstanding early-career scholars to simultaneously pursue an independent research project and teach in a Faculty and College environment. Ned Crowley has been a postdoctoral researcher in the Research Group on the Sociology of Public Finances and Debt at the MPIfG since 2021. His research interests are in the fields of fiscal sociology and public finances, austerity, and distributional politics.
