Anna Skarpelis has received a Henry M. McCracken Fellowship from New York University. Skarpelis joined the Sociology Department at NYU as a doctoral student in September 2010. Prior to that she was a researcher at the MPIfG from 2006 to 2010. At NYU she will continue work on her dissertation project titled "Insuring old age: A genealogy of twentieth century cultures of interest representation."
