Patrik Aspers Elected President of the Swedish Sociological Association
In March 2010, Patrik Aspers was elected President of the Swedish Sociological Association (Sveriges Sociologförbund, SSA) for the 2010-2012 term of office. Associate Professor of Sociology at Stockholm University, Aspers was a research fellow at the MPIfG from 2005 to 2009 and is currently working with Jens Beckert on an MPIfG research project on the worth of goods.
