Jens Beckert Confirmed as Chair of DGS Economic Sociology Section’s Executive Board

The members of the Economic Sociology Section of the German Sociological Association (DGS) elected a new Executive Board in December 2008 for a two-year term. Jens Beckert was confirmed as chair of the board. The other members are Rainer Diaz-Bone (University of Lucerne), Andrea Maurer (Bundeswehr University, Munich), and Sophie Mützel (Humboldt University of Berlin).
